报告摘要:The method of fundamental solutions (MFS) is a popular meshless method and attracts many researchers’ attention since it is asy to learn and easy to apply to solve various engineering problems. However, the source points in MFS are always located outside of the omain for avoiding the singularity. When source point and collocation point coincide together, the diagonal terms are infinite in athematics due to the logarithmic kernel, but physically speaking they have to be finite values. In this talk, we will introduce a new cheme of determining the diagonal terms of the influence matrix for potential problems when the source points are close to the collocation points. The present method is without using the subtracting and adding-back technique or integral calculating, and the diagonal terms are naturally and directly obtained. Besides, it also satisfies the mechanical or physical behavior, e.g. equilibrium of force and rigid body motion. We also give several numerical examples to show the feasibility, validity and accuracy of the present approach.
